Ben brings a wealth of employment law expertise to Ison Harrison, having joined the team in March 2021.
Ben specialises in providing commercially aware and pragmatic HR and Employment Law advice to his clients, including assisting clients with EOT’s, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, breach of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes and executive exits. He also has a proven track record of successfully representing clients embroiled in complex and high value employment tribunal litigation.
With over 18 years’ employment law experience, Ben works across a wide range of sectors including Airlines, PLCs, Pharmaceutical Companies, Manufacturing, Charities, Schools and SMEs.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys walking and travelling.
