‘Trustee of the Year’ – A New Category for 2026
‘Trustee of the Year’ is a newly launched category for the 2026 awards, designed to celebrate individuals who have shown dedication, integrity, and effectiveness in representing employee interests, strengthening governance, and supporting the long-term success of the business.
In their role as independent trustee, Robert Camp supports the Ison Harrison Trustee Board and Employee Ownership Council. Providing a consistently positive influence on Ison Harrison, Robert has helped to ensure employee ownership (EO) principles are upheld, taking an active role in contributing to governance, and always acting in the best interests of employee owners.
Commenting on the award shortlist announcement, James de le Vingne, Chief Executive of the Employee Ownership Association, said:

The winner of this category will be revealed at a gala dinner on Wednesday the 10th of June at the Library of Birmingham, with the awards ceremony part of the sold-out eoaLive! event.
