Since joining the team at Ison Harrison, Daniel has assisted on a range of corporate matters including acting for buyers and sellers across various mid-market M&A transactions ranging between £500,000 and £15 million for clients ranging from local Yorkshire based companies to international fashion retailers and foreign backed private equity firms.
He is experienced in various corporate, commercial and banking processes such as share buyback procedures, corporate restructuring (including capital reduction demergers and share for share exchanges), equity and debt finance arrangements.
He has an interest in corporate inheritance tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, employee incentivisation schemes (growth shares, EMI schemes etc) and resolving shareholder disputes along side the corporate employment team.
Following his interest in employee incentivisation, he has also specialised in the EOT process along side Richard often overseeing the initial due diligence process, resolving any structuring issues that may arise prior to conversion to an employee ownership trust, managing the disclosure procedure, developing Ison Harrison’s transaction precedent bank and registration of the trust following conversion to an employee ownership trust to ensure clients receive an exemplary service.
