Faris joined Ison Harrison in April 2022 having practiced in law for over 20 years. Before that he practiced as an auditor, before dual qualifying as a Solicitor and Chartered Certified Accountant.

Faris specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law acting for clients on such things as the sale and purchase of businesses and shares, re-structuring of group companies, legal audits, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, standard terms and conditions of business and franchise agreements. He is often called upon to provide support to the EOT specialist team.

Faris has had some interesting experiences during his career and two examples stand out. He acted for a client who had a dragon from Dragon’s Den invest in their company and for an airline client based in the Middle East returning an aircraft at the end of the lease after using it as part of their fleet.
